MARTA 's BIO:

​

     Marta started her fitness career in 2003 when she completed her very first training to become a Group Fitness Instructor.

Since then she got certified in Barre, Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness, Zumba, Total Body Conditioning, Pilates, Aqua and was teaching many fitness group classes in the most prestigious health clubs in Europe and The United States for many years.

She was working for the sixth-largest Polish web portal wp.pl as a Fitness Expert in 2010.

In 2008 Marta became a licensed Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Since then she has worked in the most exclusive fitness centers in New York City and then started her own brand

“Marta’s Fit Lab”. Marta has helped thousands of people successfully achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being through Personal Training, Nutrition Counseling and Health Coaching. 

Marta's unique personal training is focused on strength, flexibility and balance. Core strength and posture correction are mandatory.

During Covid Pandemic she moved her fitness training to online settings and that was a time when she realised how much mental support was needed during that time. Her online personal training sessions started be a combination of exercising and life coaching. That was an inspiration for her to become a RTM licensed Life Coach under her teachers Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark Peysha and Magali Peysha. She is been helping her clients become healthier not only on a physical level but also a mental level. She believes strongly that a positive body-mind connection is very important in focussing not only on physical but also on a mental level.

What makes Marta stand out from other fitness and health professionals is her broad background of training and experience. She got her wide human body knowledge while studying massage therapy in United States and then worked as a Massage Therapist for over ten years. She also worked as an occupational therapist in hospital settings. Thanks to many years of professional experience in fitness and health - Marta understands how beneficial and necessary physical activity is. Marta teaches clients that developing and maintaining their fitness, healthy eating and the right mindset will help them live a happier and healthier life.

Aside from physical benefits such as reducing body fat, lowering high cholesterol, improving cardiovascular and cardiorespiratory functions, maintaining healthy muscles, bones and joints,  training sessions will also improve your mental well-being. Marta gets a great sense of satisfaction by motivating and inspiring people to get fit, healthy and feeling happier. She believes that exercising, healthy balanced diet and changing daily habits are necessary to higher quality of life.
